I took a quick look at the KDevelop side of this and it looks correct. The problem is a system configuration one; the .pm extension isn't seen as a text file by KDE and the yzis part isn't associated with the .pm extension. Fix either of these settings and the yzis part should be loaded by KDevelop for .pm files.

IIRC: KDE Control Center -> KDE Components -> File Associations.
