           Summary: kdevelop fails to create projects, that are stored in
                    svn
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: 3.2
          Platform: SuSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs kdevelop org
        ReportedBy: coolo kde org

Reported to Novell bugzilla, forwarding here (no svn part, so I choose general)

1. start kdevelop
2. project -> new project
3. select simple ruby script
4. choose $HOME/Documents as location and give it a name "fooruby2" in my case.
5. click next until version control tab
6. choose subversion
7. select "create a project tree and import project into trunk"
8. set repos location to $HOME/Documents/repos (this repos does not exist!)
9. press next -> finish
10. it will ask to enter a log message for creating the basic repos layout
[[[
A    file:///home/darix/Documents/repos/tags
A    file:///home/darix/Documents/repos/branches
A    file:///home/darix/Documents/repos/vendor
]]]
10.a. the dialog talks about trunk? but it isnt created!
10.b. no repos is created at all!
11. pressing ok opens a popup which ask for the commit message for the import
12. ok again
13. popup that fooruby2.rb is deleted.
    we save it.
14. popup "file is modified no disk" woot?
    actually there is no file. it didnt even create the project directory.
15. trying to force a saving -> gives errors

conclusion: project creation code buggy!

notes:
a) it doesnt matter if the repos exists or not.
   even if it exists it doesnt creates the directories inside the repos
b) main problem seems to be it doesnt create the project directory.
   the dialog shows $HOME/Documents/fooruby2
   creating the directory manually on the shell allows at least saving the
project file
c) after creating the directory and save all/close the project it created all
needed files.
