The option 'distribution & publishing'/'project packaging and publishing' in menu \
'Project' creates a bz2 or gz tarball. It doesn't contain following scripts needed by \
                configure:
- install-sh
- config.sub
- config.guess

Also 'mkinstalldirs' is missing.

The include paths set inside the kdevelop-project aren't passed to the tarball (even \
the linker options) - so building the binaries fails (project contains a binary and a \
library).
