In a brand new kdevelop installation kde wizard applications are not built by \
kdevelop, in a firs try it fails with an error in configure, this can be worked \
around by puting --prefix in configure options (however i believe kdevelop should be \
able to configure the project correctly when kde is in same prefix as kdevelop was \
installed. after fixing this the project still cant be built i get this error in the \
simple wizard app: index.docbook:53: parser error : Input is not proper UTF-8, \
                indicate encoding !
