the memory and the OOM killer has to step in to kill it. 

BTW, the way source code parsing is done is very wasteful - Why do we need \
to parse all 16841 files from Linux kernel source for example at one time? \
It has to be on demand - we need to parse a file and all it's dependencies \
only when it is opened. It is so slow and takes up above 90% CPU all of the \
time. (Inspite of that it doesn't complete but...)
