CVS commit by geiseri: 

Do not clobber PCH directives when editing the project file
Added PCH checkbox option to the dialog but the headers must
be manually added as custom variables at this point.

Minor cleanup of the GUI to help it make it a little more logical,
operative words being help, little and more....
