I've just emerged the official 3.2.0-beta1 ebuild from Gentoo.

I'm missing the Doxygen plugin for my PHP project. It's not there, I can't select it. \
There seems to be no configure options for this.

Also: The Subversion plugin is gone. There is another bugreport about Gentoo not \
including kio_svn from kdenonbeta, but I don't know how to ressolve that, or if it \
applies to 3.2 at all.
