Yes, this happens. The embedded kdevdesigner doesn't support the Qt designer way of editing sourcecode, you're meant to do that with KDevelop. 

This is a pretty nasty usability error, but it's not a functional bug that we will fix. Dunno.. maybe we could work around it somehow.. Alexander?
