Now if I create a new .h file it will only contain the .h header (e.g. gpl remark), \
but there should be other data to include at once the file is created: Let's suppose \
I create foo.h, then its default content should be: /* .h header -- if any */
#idndef __FOO_H
#define __FOO_H
#endif
