Which it isn't. The problem is that ctrl-v sometimes pastes to the wrong tab (/file). And that ctrl-s apparently doesn't work at times, probably because its focus is also wrong. This behaviour is immensely annoying, and happens faily often to me -- as in many times a day. I've seen it with all current versions of KDE, Qt and Kdevelop over the last year or so.
