The Kdevelop desktop entry files are not installed into $XDG_DATA_DIRS/applications,  i.e. $KDEDIR/share/applications as would be appropriate after the Desktop Menu Specification. ATM they are installed into the $KDEDIR/applnk/Development directory instead.

Please change the makefile installation target so that the desktop files are installed into the proper locations -- at least for current KDE versions.
