Sigh. This probably has half a dozen dupes. I'll close it when I track down one of \
them.

The reason overlap and open/close state isn't saved is that the KMDI library in \
kdelibs is too buggy. Toolview position (right/left/bottom/top) should be properly \
restored in 3.1 however.
