Summary: Cannot define abbreviations for suffixes that have no
                    abbreviations defined yet
           Product: kdevelop
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdevelop-bugs kdevelop org
        ReportedBy: jdevisser digitalfairway com

Version: kdevelop 3.0.92 (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc 3.3.4
OS: Linux

I wanted to create an abbreviation for use in my java sources. So I go \
Settings/Abbreviations/Add, only to find out that I can only select C++, HTML, or \
Pascal in the Suffixes dropdown.

Some perusal of the code revealed that the list is populated using the already \
defined abbreviations. I hacked the XML to add my abbreviation, and now I can add new \
java abbrevs.

I think the Suffixes should be a combobox, i.e. give you the ability to either select \
an existing value or type a new.
