Hello,
there may be an other problem (at least for Linux). For example if you =
have
a project named 'xxxxfs' and one of the source files is named 'xxxxfs.c=
'
you will run into trouble. The compile result of 'xxxxfs.c' will be
'xxxxfs.o', but the project result (which may be linked from different =
*.o
files together) will be named the same way by default. Kernel modules h=
ave
as far as i know always the file extension *.o.

The problem with that type of module, we must not only support Linux, b=

also the *BSD variants (FreeBSD/NetBSD/OpenBSD) but I think that it's
manageable. I will give it a try , at least for linux, freebsd and open=
bsd
