What did you make exactly?? It seems that you have copied the c_cpp_reference-1.0 stuff into your home directory. 2 things: 1) If you have installed the kdk, so the documentation will be installed on a location, which can be shared by all users of your machine. like /opt/kde/share/doc/HTML/en/kdelibs or /usr/kde/share/doc/HTML/en/kdelibs =2E.. depending on your distribution. It seems your old config file ~/.kde/share/config/kdeveloprc keeps the last location of the kdelibs documentation. To solve this search the right directory (for example /opt/kde/share/doc/en/kdelibs) and insert this full path in the second editline "KDE-Bibliothek-Doku" (KDE-Libraries-Doc) of "Einstellungen/KDevelop Setup.../Dokumentation" (Options/KDevelop setup.../Documentation). So the right documentation will be found. 2) the ls-command printout shows the uninstalled part of the kdelibs documentation... this shouldn't be installed inside a location where your documentation could be, but e. g. in a subdirectory of your home directory. Then proceed like installing kdevelop inside this subdirectory. $./configure $make $make install (as root) After that the documentation will be again installed on a sharable directory for all (i. e. the same I mentioned above) The path ~/.kde/share/apps/kdevelop/KDE-Documentation/kdelibdocs/ is only suggested by KDevelop if you want to create your own documentation from within the source of the kdelibs.
