On RH6.1 install first the kdelibs-devel package. You will find the things you
want under /usr/doc/kdelibs-devel-1.2 afterwards

RedHat got something wrong, when they decided for QT2.0 . In general nothing is
wrong if you use QT2.0. You have to install the QT Devel packages for QT2.0,
and you will find the documentation under /usr/doc afterwards. But as long as
KDE2 has not been released, try it better with QT1.44 . Many people will
appreciate this, 'cause normally you do not use QT2.0 under KDE1.1.2
