The answer is more clever then the question was..:-))
Yes... Well... Hmmm....
The gdb window prints that gdb has stopped in the idle task. For me this is 
enough. But this seems to be too personal requirement.
I thought that may be there is something ready to close current window 
(command, macro, ...) which may be called somehow ...
