Is there also a way to turn off the icons and just have text buttons?

As well.. is there a way to make the widget for the File Selector,  File
Tree, ect look more like the old IDEAl mode? (like this
http://tiger-corp.com/~cmhicks/temp/KDevelop-File_Selector.jpg ).
