When I started using KDevelop I had the same problem. I went through the
tutorial on women.kde.org
(http://women.kde.org/projects/coding/tut_kdevelop) which showed me the
basics of creating an application. After that it was just extensive use of
the class documentation. Fortunately, the documentation is easily
accessible in KDevelop.

Subject: New to this list and Kdevelop

Hello Everyone, I have recently been trying to start programing with
Kdevelop, and wanted to know if anyone could give me some pointers and
tips. I am coming from Visual C++ on M$, and I have no clue where to
start with Kdevelop. So far I can create an MDI, but I can't seem to
figure out where to edit the menu's and the box itself I have also
created an dialog box using QT designer, but then I get stuck after
creating a class for my dialog in my original app.

Any help would be appreciated
TIA
