You're right, the "KMail Mail Folder" resource is the one I needed. I can \
now see all the folders under ~/Mail. Thank you very much, Ingo - I was \
tearing my hair out over this issue, so you've saved me from going bald.

One further question. I've added an IMAP account for reading new mails - \
that works fine. However, I can't find any way to remove an unwanted "Local \
Folders" resource which insists on showing in KMail's folder list, and \
which I will never use (outbox, sent-mail and trash all live under ~/Mail). \
                Can this resource be removed or hidden somehow?
