Ok, it mentions .local-mail (but actually having in local-mail.directory is 
a "bug" :( ).

So what do you see in the configuration? That is what tells you where are 
your mails stored. E.g for me it is /encrypted/home/andris/Mail, but it can 
be any maildir folder.
