No, sorry, I have no idea how to reindex. I once did this by removing the 
nepomuk database, removing all nepomuk feeders and add them afterwards. But 
this is not really an option for someone using nepomuk for more than email 
indexing.

May be it is sufficent to remove and add the feeder in the akonadi console. I 
never tried.
