KMail 1.13.6 only displays part of HTML E-mails.  The length veries between 
E-mails, but is rarely the complete document, especially for long E-mails.  
Sometimes, opening the E-mail will display a different length, but again, 
rarely the entire E-mail.

Any suggestions?
