I'm not sure if this is going to give you exactly what you want as I don't 
believe t-bird will look into KAddressBook for addresses/contacts (I don't 
think t-bird is that smart). You should be able to get t-bird to be your mail 
composer but I believe you will still have to manage e-mail addresses in 
t-bird.
