Hi there,

The forward tempate in kmail isn't working for me for some reason (using kmail 
1.9.7 on KDE 3.5.7 on gentoo). The other templates (new email, reply, and 
reply-to-all) work just fine.

Is there some other setting I must enabled to get the forward template to 
work?
