Hello,

I have the problem that my debian x-windows system broke down after an  
upgrade. Now I have to set up my linux anew, but I would like to save my  
kontact configuration and data files first. Unfortunately, I could not  
find them. I looked in the pim man-page, the /etc and /etc/kde3 folders  
and the /home/user folders. I also looked in the kontact HTML-Manual and  
the tutorial on the kontact website.

Where is the kontact configuration and user data stored? And if I set  
reset kontact, can I afterwards just replace the new data with the saved  
one?
