Hmm, my guess would be that KMail thinks a new message has arrived in
your INBOX and thus filters it again causing bogofilter to mark it as
spam. That KMail thinks the message is a new message might be a bug in
KMail or a shortcoming of the IMAP server. And that bogofilter still
thinks the message is spam although you did explicitly mark it as not
spam seems to be a problem of bogofilter.
