1 day = 1440 minutes
7 days = 10,080 minutes

Will it let you put in numbers like that?

Never mind.  In the advanced reminders dialog, Set an alarm for a number of 
days and "add".  Highlight the alarm you created and "duplicate".  With the 
duplicate highlighted, use the spinner to change the number of days.  
Duplicate the new one and repeat.  Worked for me.
