This is the semi-snarky response. Alternatively, you might write it up as a 
FAQ style entry:

	1) Can I, hunh, hunh, pleeease?
	No.

and then send it in. Preferably with some other FAQ questions written up as 
well. We *do* have a webmaster (Dale?) who can add a FAQ to the Kontact / 
KMail site. What we need is content -- and that means people who take the 
time to create that content.
