Is there a way to have a automatic backup?
Some applications like editors (kedit, kwrite) offer an entry in the setup, where
you can specify, if a copy of the previous version is retained when saving a file.
And maybe it's a good idea to have such a feature as the default for a fresh installation...

Are the backup files created only saving data directly with korganizer/kaddressbook,
after a time period or also through a kpilot synchronization procedure?
