Hi,

Your mails appear to be coming in pairs on the list, also.

Now for your issue... I was a little confused, because you say that it is a
POP server issue and then I see you have problems with sending mails. Now POP
has nothing to do with sending mails, it is for downloading mails. The SMTP
server is the one you use to send your messages. Soo, check your
configuration. The outgoing server is the SMTP one and the incoming is POP.
How are your accounts set up? Maybe you switched those when you reconfigured
KMail (did you reconfigure KMail at all, or used your previous configuration
files?).
