Hi there

I am looking for some advice on how best to maintain multiple calendars.

I currently have two calendars:

- my personal calendar, which physically is a file on my laptop
- my work calendar, which is stored on an exchange server

Both of these show up in kontact as expected. (There are some issues with
appointments without times in exchange - they do not appear? - but I can work
around that).

Currently I sync my personal calendar with a Treo 650, which works. (also
issues here: changes on the pc does not appear on the Treo, I _have_ to make
changes on the Treo, which will then appear in kontact).

Now, ignoring the issues, what I would _really_ like is:

- My private appointments to appears as "busy" in the exchange calendar.
- To somehow sync _all_ my appointments to the Treo

Any advice? Possibly another way to approach the problem of have "multiple"
calendars. I really do not wish to have to mark 80% of my appointments
as "private", which is why they are split up to begin with.

All help appreciated.

Regards,

Mads

NT is a closed box of point tools linked by an untouchable matrix of
invisible semaphores. These bonds are surrounded by a blizzard of
mystifying, contradictory, and forever-changing OS documentation.
Under an NT regime, almost all Unix users will lose the ability to
exert low-level control over data and applications.
