I've just bugzilla'd this here,

My comments are #5/6. I think it's probably related to remote calendar 
resources, but I could easily be mistaken, so I'd appreciate any 
suggestions. I've become completely dependent on Kontact, so if there's 
anything I can do to help diagnose this please let me know.
