I've never tried it with Kontact specifically, but yes you can sync a 
mobile phone with Bluetooth.

Just make sure you have kbluetoothd running and that you have some way 
of connecting your phone.  Some laptops have this facility built in, 
but you may have to buy a dongle (cheap on EBay).  You can easily pair 
your phone and then use the options in the Systems Settings.

My phone is a Nokia 6280, and it works like a treat.
