I'm using kaddressbook 3.51 (level a) as distributed with SuSE 10.1.  There 
used to be several 'print style options' in my older version, in particular a 
'ringbook style option', where one could group entries by alphabet and 
produce meaningful output for a larger number of addresses (> 200).  

My current version only lets me choose between 'Mike's Druckstil' and 
'Detailierter Ausdruck'.  This would result in 50 plus pages of output for my 
current collection.

Am I missing something?  Are there other styles available that I could use 
with version 3.51-a?  Did SuSE goof?
