I have a lot of folders in an IMAP (exchange) server. All of them subscribe 
just fine with one outlier. Try as I might to get that folder to subscribe it 
will not do so. It shows up in the selection list and shows as deselected. I 
select and apply. I go back to the folder list and it does not show up. I go 
back to subscribe and it shows as unsubscribed. 

I have tried re-indexing and purging cache with no positive effect. Any place 
else I should look?
