From the wikipedia:
"A (fallacious) ad hominem argument has the basic form:

1) A makes claim B;
2) there is something objectionable about A,
3) therefore claim B is false."

You made the claim that there is no support. We told you that you can have it
here (if you ask nicely) or you can buy it from linux vendors.

You complined about a bug (app failing silently). I see this as a bug indeed.
People explained how to solve it for you. If you think that the app should be
changed not to fail silently, please report the issue to http://bugs.kde.org,
using the Help->Report Bug menu item in KMail. You see, we have issue
tracking built in in the program.

So what if there is a bug? Bugs happen. You can help fixing them by creating a
bug report.

So I am sorry if you understand all this as a "ad hominem" attack. It does not
look like one to me. And next time, please refrain from using language like
"brain damaged" to refer to an application that is developed by a group of
volunteers, especially when you are addressing them. It is quite offensive,
and not constructive at all. If you want people to treat you like a client,
you must first pay for it.

Cheers,

Carlos Woelz
