Only if someone figures out how to sync possibly changed records from the 
editors with possibly changed records from the conduits with possibly changed 
records from the Pilot. I think it'd be possible, do a full sync 3-ways, but 
it's not high on my list of priorities.

You can always improve the chances (to 100%) by writing a patch.

I still don't know what it is you _do_ want though; you want to add used 
defined field (labels or names) to KAddressbook?
