I don't understand what you mean. "attaches ... inline" is an oxymoron. 
Your message proves that you've setup the OpenPGP plugin correctly and 
that your KMail puts the signature into an attachment (this is 
sometimes called PGP/MIME) rather than clearsigning the message and 
putting message and signature in the same message part.
