Sure.

- From the "Settings" menu, choose the "Configure Filters" option.
- In the dialogue box that appears, choose "To" from the topmost dropdown 
menu, and fill in the appropriate details.
- Choose "file into folder" from the lower set of dropdown menus, and pick a 
folder.
- Check "to sent messages" (it may also be prudent to deselct "to incoming 
messages").
- Click OK.

You can also right-click on a message sent to a recipient that you would like 
to filter in this way and select "Create Filter" and then "Filter on To" from 
the submenu. Using this method, you only have to adjust the checkboxes at the 
bottom as described above.

To apply to already sent messages, go to your sent-mail folder and from the 
"Edit" menu, select "Select All Messages". While they are selected, go to the 
"Message" menu, and choose "Apply Filters". If you have a lot of messages in 
the folder, this may take some time.
