The most simple way to import your mail is to simply copy ~/Mail from
one computer to the second computer. You also might want to copy
KMail's configuration file (~/.kde/share/config/kmailrc).
Of course this is only possible if you don't have already mail on the
other computer.

If you use NFS then this is possible. But you should never run KMail on
both computers at the same time.
The best solution for accessing mail from different computers (even
concurrently) is of course using an IMAP server and accessing your mail
from both computers via IMAP.
