kdepim-users (where I'm cc-ing this) is the best place, more eyes to see the

for one thing. It (the conduit) just doesn't write entries to the desktop's 
copy of the database. The Memo/Notes conduit is at the top of my pile of 
things to do right now, so I work on it when I have the time.

It's time for me to repeat my "Panacea for fixing KPilot bugs" (a slightly 
unsympathetic one, unfortunately):

1) Learn C++
2) Write a patch
3) Profit! (actually, we all do)

That, and you owe me the diseased liver of Ralph Klein.
