Well, this part really needs some improving, as the last paragraph in the 
handbook confuses me even more: 
"Please note that if there is a message exceeding the size limit, but all 
messages are matched by a filter rule the dialog will not show up. One 
exception occurs if you have checked Always show matched 'Download Later' 
messages in the Global Options section of the POP filter configuration 
dialog. Then the dialog will also show up if you only have matched messages, 
but at least one got tagged for Download later."

This also suggests (for me) that if the POP filtering is enabled for messages 
> x bytes, and some message matches any of my filter rules, I won't get the 
dialog (even for the Download Later). The exception is if the "Always show.." 
is checked. 
If you say that if "Download Later" is selected, the dialog will always come 
up once, it needs to be rephrased and I'll try to find a better wording.

OK, I'll come back after I've done a cvs up. Unfortunately for me testing with 
KDE 3.2 is not really possible.
