My reminders in korganizer seem to be off 13 hours.  I am sure
that this is just a timezone problem, but I haven't been able to
figure out what is wrong.

I added an entry for 12pm (tomorrow) with a reminder 30 minutes
prior.  I got the reminder a 10:30pm tonight.  The entry in
std.ics file looks like this:

My timezone is set to Pacific/Auckland in korganizer.  The same
for the system time.

I am running 3.2 beta2 (Using KDE 3.1.94 (CVS >= 20031206)) but
it has been a while since I updated from CVS.

Any ideas what might be causing this?
