Double click on titlebar is set to maximize. But after a while it suddenly
stops working. Rebooting fixes the problem, but only to cause it again.

I can still however, right click and "maximize".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Manjaro KDE
2. Use it for a while
3. Double click to maximze 
4. Keep using it
5. It will stop working
