The actual content of the file looks like some config file contents. Even an
unencrypted wallet's contents would look somewhat garbled. I'm not sure how
this has happened - I can only guess it might be related to some filesystem
issues with regards to the shutdown. I also have no clue how this should be
fixed on the KWallet side of things, so I'm just leaving the bug open for now.
