I think the way this proposal has been closed by declaring it as duplicate is
disrespectful and arbitrary.
A wishlist bug has two main points:
1) The subject of the request
2) the proposed solution
Two wishlist bugs are the same when both these points are the same.
In this case only the first point is the same, while the proposed solutions are
different. From the comments it looks like the solution proposed in bug 212829
is not welcome by the community for space and simplicity issues.
Since the two proposals are not the same, by declaring this as a duplicate, you
are arbitrarily deleting my proposal without an equivalent in bug 212829 (i do
not like the solution in bug 212829).
For respect of who filed the wishlist, of who commented it and proposed
solutions, please, reconsider your choice, listen the community...
