Looks like this is 100% reproducible here:

1. $ konqueror http://www.celebritypictures.com/celebs/Jordana_Brewster/all/
2. Ctrl-LMB click on a picture, so that it appears in another tab
3. Ctrl-w to close original, first tab

While the above link isn't really special -- others work just as "well" --, it
seems to be relevant that the opened tab uses another non-html? (gwenview?)
