Please don't report the problem to Gentoo as the ebuild is from an overlay. \
revdep-rebuild probably fixes your problem, if not, please use genkdesvn's support as \
outlined in their Documentation:

Please stop using the ebuild executable like you did, emerge is what you want. See \
the Portage documentation if you want to skip certain phases like overwriting files \
on unpacking or cleaning the environment.
