	I'm using Linux kernel 2.4.19 (SlackWare 8.1 distribution), Qt 3.1.0 beta,
and I'm having problems compiling KDElibs 3.1.0 beta2.... I've compiled arts
1.1.0 without problems, and I've upgraded Autoconf to version 2.54, and
Automake to 1.7, but KDElibs still won't compile... (I get the same error
with KDElibs 3.1.0 beta1)

The error report is (seems to me it's a misisng include):

	Is this a known issue, and is there a workaround?
